Items may be exchanged in original packaging in original condition as determined by us with in 30 Days of purchase. 

 ITEMS PURCHASED AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST AND PRIOR TO DECEMBER 25TH MAY BE EXCHANGED UP TO JANUARY 16, 2012

Every item is checked, rechecked and double checked, not only on it's arrival to us, but also many times before it leaves the eIrish.com building. All items leave in original condition. Items should be inspected upon receipt to ensure that no damage has occurred during shipping. In the extremely rare instance that a shipment is damaged in transit we must be notified immediately upon receipt of any damage so we may contact your chosen carrier USPS, UPS or FedEx on your behalf. We will then notify you of the steps to be taken.

A return authorization is required before you send anything to us. Unless otherwise instructed items must be shipped Post/UPS paid to eIrish.com 3956 NY 2 Brunswick NY 12180.  Restocking fees may apply.


Items that may not be returned or exchanged;
Any food related item, diamonds and engagement jewelry, throws, communion and christening dresses, and Special order items.

All exchanges and returns are at the discretion of the management and are subject to refusal.

Customers should all be aware that Media Products including but not limited to CD's, Cassettes, Vinyl, Video, DVD, and Books, Sheet Music and Electronic Downloads are not returnable, as mandated by United States Federal Copyright Law, unless deemed defective. In the extremely rare instance that a media item may be defective we will replace it within 10 days of date of original purchase, for the same exact title only as stated by US federal law. Allowance are made for standard shipping times.
