We generally process orders (non perishable) within 24 hours please allow longer for peak periods. Shipping transit times are based on carrier
performance. As you know in 2020/21 that is not exactly speedy so order early to avoid disappointment. And be patient!

FROZEN / PERISHABLE: SHIPPING PLEASE NOTE: For orders containing perishable and frozen items standard shipping rates and / or Free Shipping promotions only apply to the following states: NY, MA, CT, RI, VT, NJ, NH, PA, MI, IN, OH, KY, DE, MD, VA. Any orders containing frozen/perishable items shipping to states not listed will require UPS Second Day Air Service. Our system cannot currently accommodate forcing you to select this automatically. We will email you a PayPal invoice for the additional UPS charge for this service or you can call in with a card for that amount. We have negotiated the elimination of the standard UPS Residential Surcharge to further discount that price for you. Please note frozen foods are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Remember no matter how well we pack it and how it ships it may not arrive fully frozen.
