FROZEN / PERISHABLE: SHIPPING PLEASE
NOTE: We currently ship orders containing frozen items via UPS to the following states:
NY, MA, CT, RI, VT, NJ, NH, ME, PA, DE, MD, VA. Any orders containing frozen/perishable items shipping to states not
listed will have those items removed from order or be cancelled.
We generally process orders (non perishable) within 24 hours, please allow longer at peak
periods. Shipping transit times are based on carrier performance. Order early to avoid future
disappointment. And be patient! Please note frozen foods are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
Please note that food while shipped frozen in insulated packaging it normally does not arrive fully
frozen. You can continue to thaw to prepare or refreeze at your discretion.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING options / rates
will show based on your address. Duty may or may not be imposed and collected by governments
outside the USA. We have no control over that.

. We reserve the right to select the shipping method for FLAT RATE Ground Advantage Shipping. Naturally some
restriction do apply. Like we don't ship things that weigh a ton, ex: flour and bread mixes, turf, liquid drinks, or things that are
mega large and require special handling for 9.95, sorry. We will contact you with a carrier
shipping quote for those items.
